We are looking for an individual to join us as Analyst, Managed Services for India and South Asia and be a part of our consulting arm - Visa Consulting and Analytics, based in Mumbai.

The role will be focused on project delivery to drive implementation of recommendations around portfolio action and insights. The individual would work towards plan, design, implement and manage deliverables across digital transformation, portfolio optimization, product launch to positively impact portfolio performance. 

Key Responsibilities

What services would be provided by VMS?

VCA Managed Service (VMS) is growing rapidly across the AP region and the purpose of this role is to develop VMS solutions and capabilities that will accelerate that growth over the next 3-5 years. Our offerings include development of the following capabilities:

Establishing an India South Asia (INSA) VMS practice to help our clients achieve the following:

  • Execute respective portfolio, product, and digital initiatives, on behalf of clients.

  • Support in launching/ revamping products and services, and their customer journeys.

  • Run program management office to deliver large scale technological projects pertaining to the payments business.

  • Support in implementing recommendations of VCA projects across strategy, product, portfolio, business analytics, risk, and digital advisory.

Manage and oversee VMS project delivery for all relevant VMS engagements within INSA. Be responsible and accountable for project plan and work closely with the stakeholders to achieve the project revenue, while keeping costs within the approved budget. Support in accelerating our growth with merchants, acquirers, and seller enablers across the payment ecosystem.

 

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

    Qualifications

    • Graduate Degree in any discipline with minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, or Post-graduate in Management or from Top-tier school or university with minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.

    • Relevant work experience includes payments or banking domains stints, with strong understanding of card or payments industry with implementation experience across any one or more areas such as portfolio optimization, digital transformation, campaign management or product launch.

    Specific skills and experience expected are, as follows:

    • Experience in project and program management in financial services, preferably banking.
    • Excellent presentation skills (oral and written capabilities), with proficiency in Microsoft office tools
    • Experience of handling/ interfacing with senior client stakeholders.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor.
    • Equipped with a collaborative and flexible style, able to work effectively in a matrixed organization.
    • Detail oriented, ensuring the highest level of quality and rigor in reports and data analysis.
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with the ability to progress multiple priorities concurrently.
    • Strong commercial acumen, with experience in working on business value cases that prove ROI.
