Job Description
Visa is seeking a Go-to-Market (GTM) Alignment Analyst for the Global B2B Marketing Center of Excellence. This role supports the development, documentation, and maintenance of GTM frameworks, tools, and workflows, to enable the B2B and Product Marketing team to provide best-in-class support across Visa’s go-to-market initiatives. The ideal candidate will enjoy working independently and cross-functional with a keen eye for process improvement and the ability to collaborate with teams to scale our B2B marketing capabilities.
This global role partners closely with Global Product Marketing, Regional B2B Marketing, Global Steer Co, Product and Sales teams throughout the organization. It reports directly into the Director, Go-to-Market Alignment, Global B2B Center of Excellence (COE).
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research & Segmentation: Conduct research and analysis to define target audiences, support audience segmentation, and inform positioning strategies for GTM initiatives.
- Process Documentation & Management: Maintain and update GTM playbooks, templates, ICP toolkits, and content standards to ensure accuracy and usability across global teams.
- Project Management: Participate in and help coordinate cross-functional projects aimed at improving processes and driving GTM initiative alignment across product, marketing, and sales including documentation & reporting
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders from marketing, product and sales to ensure that GTM strategy and enablement initiatives are cohesive, efficiently executed, and aligned with business goals.
- Data & Insights: Collect, analyze, and report on key GTM metrics, campaign effectiveness, and content usage, translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance marketing- and sales-aligned processes, leveraging feedback and data to drive operational excellence.
- Champion COE Principles: Model transparency, collaboration, and a focus on shared success in all interactions with colleagues and partners.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or related field
- 1-3 years of professional experience in marketing, program management, or business operations
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
- Exposure to B2B marketing, ideally within payments, financial services, fintech, SaaS, or digital, tech industries.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines, with excellent planning and organizational abilities.
- Effective storyteller with strong verbal and written communication skills, able to adapt strategies for diverse audiences and collaborate across teams.
- Skilled in interpreting data, using tools like PowerPoint and Excel, and translating complex concepts into clear observations and recommendations
- Proactive, self-starter with a business-focused mindset, strong attention to detail with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 105,800.00 to 149,550.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
