Job Description
As an Analyst on the NA VAS (Value-Added Services) Go-to-Market Strategy & Commercialization team, you will provide day-to-day support to the broader team, playing a key role in executing and tracking critical initiatives. You will help project manage, support data analysis, and help implement business processes. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, curious, commercial, analytical, and passionate about driving a sales team’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Play an active role in driving high-impact initiatives such as revamping sales operating models, rolling out innovative commercialization processes, and supporting large-scale sales training programs
- Prepare, update, and maintain dynamic trackers, performance dashboards, and insightful business reports that fuel key decisions
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and data investigations to surface actionable business opportunities
- Assist in the development of compelling presentations, strategic documents, and materials for executive meetings
- Coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure follow-through on all action items
- Contribute fresh ideas that streamline processes and boost operational efficiency, from optimizing pipeline reporting to enhancing sales enablement tools
- Collaborate closely with a passionate team, ensuring deliverables are not just timely but deliver maximum value and impact.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications:
3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with attention to detail
Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL) and comfort learning new systems
Clear written and verbal communication skills, including excellent PowerPoint skills
Ability to juggle multiple tasks, adapt to shifting priorities, and deliver results within set timelines
Team-oriented mindset—demonstrated willingness to collaborate, take feedback, and contribute to collective outcomes
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership over individual deliverables
Curious about learning and applying new technologies, like AI
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 92,300 to 145,150 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
