Job Description
Commercial and Money Movement Solutions (CMS) is comprised of Visa’s global new flows businesses (Visa Commercial Solutions, Visa Direct and Visa Government Solutions). This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth, innovative area of the business focused on expanding Visa’s reach beyond the consumer card space. In this role, you will drive sales performance and productivity by delivering actionable analytics and insights, enhancing the seller experience, and supporting strategic initiatives that unlock new revenue streams. We are seeking a motivated analyst who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about leveraging data to make a measurable impact on sales effectiveness
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to deliver actionable insights on business performance and processes
- Partner with the cross functional teams to enhance reporting capabilities and user experience
- Identify opportunities and support process improvement initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness and overall seller experience.
- Serve as a liaison between global and regional operations, analytics teams and other cross functional teams to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.
- Conduct in-depth analysis on incentive compensation, sales productivity, and client whitespace to identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist with data integrity and quality assurance by validating and reconciling data from multiple sources.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
- 1–3 years of experience in an analytical, business operations, or sales support role
- Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc) and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience interpreting and visualizing data to drive business decisions
- Experience with data analysis or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, SQL, MS Dynamics, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting findings to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels
- Self-starter with a growth mindset, eager to learn and adapt in a dynamic business environment
- Familiarity with commercial payments, fintech, or financial services is a plus
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 102,600.00 to 145,150.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
