This role will play a key part in supporting ongoing system and process integration following our recent acquisition by Visa.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight and management of the Accounts Payable function, including
    • Receiving invoices, coding and posting to the accounting system

    • Bi-weekly payment runs, through from preparation, sign off to making payments.

    • Reconciliation of paid invoices on accounting system

  • Assisting with Month End Reporting to include:
    • Monthly Accruals Journal based

    • Creditors Ledger Reconciliation

  • Assisting with transition of supplier data to new systems
  • General ad hoc finance administration duties as required.

This is a hybrid position, with the expectation of 3 days in the Cambridge office per week.

Qualifications

  • Experience within an office administration/finance environment
  • Working towards AAT Qualification

Desirable:

  • AAT level 2
