The Role

We are seeking a Director of Strategic Provider Partnershipswho will represent Vim with executive leaders and clinical managers within our expanding network of FL practices while gaining an understanding of our solution within the clinical setting to help us enhance and extend our value to customers. This person will be responsible for building and managing relationships with providers and clinic staff and supporting the ongoing development of Vim programs and products. 

 

What you will do 

  • Build and manage relationships with executive leaders of FL provider groups and be the Vim ambassador
  • Strategically leverage Vim’s existing client portfolio and partnerships to support provider groups with more capabilities that can bring greater value to them 
  • Additionally work directly with/ liaise with key local market payer network executives establishing and developing relationships 
  • Drive practice performance by effectively communicating feature value and increase buy in to the Vim solution 
  • Be an expert on the Vim solution and make tailored recommendations to practices 
  • Monitor practice performance to ensure compliance with all contractual agreements, identify any barriers and make recommendations for corrective action plans and other interventions as required

 

What we are looking for 

  • 8 + years of business and healthcare experience as a clinician, provider relations, managed care, onboarding, enablement, or account management role 
  • Someone who understands the ins and outs of the provider landscape in Florida and brings their own network of relationships within the FL provider landscape
  • Deep subject matter expertise in MHPAEA, ERISA, and other relevant healthcare regulations/requirements
  • Someone who is passionate about ensuring long-term satisfaction by understanding a client’s goals and driving feature adoption, utilization and retention
  • You are able to have challenging conversations in order to effectively advise and influence others
  • Someone who actively seeks out feedback from sales leadership to adapt and implement improved sales strategies and processes
  • Data-driven and consultative in your decision making
  • A self-starter who is self-motivated and can work well under minimal supervision 
  • Strong attention to detail with research and follow up skills 
  • Outstanding customer service and negotiation skills 
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within Florida

What is nice to Have:

  • Previous experience working with international organizations
  • Previous experience in a startup technical environment

The target base salary for this role is between $135,000-$170,000 USD per year (Compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, and level of experience)Additional compensation in the form of options, commission and/or bonus are dependent on the position offered
