Sales Executive

A desirable opportunity exists for a highly accomplished professional to achieve individual sales goals and contributes to the successful achievement of community occupancy goals by utilizing the Company's marketing and sales philosophies and techniques. This position works to establish and maintain a friendly team environment where a collaborative and supportive setting leads to achieving and exceeding goals.

 

 

Qualifications:

Qualified applicants are required to possess a minimum of 5 years of sales experience with demonstrated leadership achievements.  Previous senior living industry experience is preferred. Proven individual sales experience as a top producer is required. High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.  Must possess a valid and current driver's license, where applicable.

 

Additional requirements include:

Ability to understand and communicate a complex product and effectively address questions and concerns during the sales process.
Upbeat, positive, flexible, team player with an enthusiastic personality and high regard for integrity
Possess financial acumen and analytical skills.
Proficient in all forms of communication, including public speaking.
*Must be able to prioritize work and stay focused on objectives while meeting deadlines and goals

Pay Range: USD $63,480.00 - USD $79,338.00 /Yr.
