This team is for people who are proactive in engaging clients and driving new business with a creative mindset. We value self-starters, problem solvers, collaborators and grit! Work with agency partners and brands directly to solve clients’ marketing challenges with a number of different solutions.
Role x You
You are a passionate sales executive who wants to be part of a revenue driven, client centric sales team to sell across Vice Media Group (VICE, Refinery29, VICETV). You will have the ability to sell media (digital & print), content production, experiential and creative services.
In the short term you’ll hit quarterly personal and team revenue goals through media, content, sponsorship, and experiential sales. You’ll generate opportunities weekly, via prospecting, RFPs through specified media agencies, and brand direct.
After a year you will continue to drive revenue, grow your book of business and mentor junior level sellers.
You have these:
- Minimum of 5 years in media sales (i.e. content, sponsorship, experiential)
- Expert in media strategy, custom content, and social distribution and activation
- Expert in media and advertising industry, and what youth media publishers are doing in the marketplace
- Deep understanding of VICE Media Group ecosystem and brand ethos
- Consultative sales approach
- Excited to be part of a team, with a team revenue goal
- Has high level relationships across media agencies, holding companies and target brands
- Highly proficient in Salesforce and Google Services (gmail, slides, sheets, etc)

- Vertical depth and category experience expertise in a sales org
