Are you an experienced finance professional looking for a challenging role with a global impact? Paramount is seeking a talented Senior Analyst to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll play a crucial part in shaping the financial strategies that drive our company forward.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of the "Strategic Services" Long Range Plan, Forecast, and Annual Operating Plan, ensuring alignment with corporate deliverables, accuracy, and tie-ins to financial strategic targets.
- Support the Controllership team through monthly and quarterly closes, adhering to the Company's close and post-close process.
- Process financial data accurately and promptly for strategic services within corporate functions.
- Develop and monitor metrics to evaluate performance against key priorities.
- Create and consolidate ad hoc analyses, reports, and information requests.
- Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, balancing conflicting priorities and projects effectively.

- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- 5+ years of proven experience in related Finance/FP&A areas.
- Confident usage of ERP systems and MS Office tools (SAP experience preferred).
- Strong analytical skills, numeracy, and financial understanding.
- Solid accounting knowledge.
- Preferred experience in Shared Services Center (SSC).
