A DAY IN THE LIFE
In this position you'll use your skills and experience to perform scheduled service, fault analysis/troubleshooting, and potential main component or blade work on wind turbines. During a typical day, you will work at heights and in confined spaces, while being exposed to the elements of weather. At this site near New Holland, IL, you will typically have shifts 5 days a week at 8-10 hours a day and potential overtime. You also will have a rotation schedule for off-work hours (weekends). The team here normally works in teams of 2-3 and typically will climb 1-2 turbines a day. The sites in our region offer opportunity for growth!

MORE ABOUT YOU
• You will need a safety-focused mindset • Your positive attitude will contribute to your ability to work in a team environment, while being motivated and taking initiative in daily tasks • You can identify solutions to issues with process of elimination
• You will bring at least a year of wind experience or a wind certificate with 2-3 years of experience in an applicable background, including mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting experience
