ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Sasha Group’s client roster grows, we are expanding our Client Partnerships team to support an expanding brand portfolio in the health and wellness space. We are looking for a Senior Account Executive for our Client Partnerships team, who has relevant brand portfolio experience and can manage multiple brands in a coordinated manner with Sasha Group Teams and VaynerX partners.
This individual will report directly to Sasha Group Leadership (Sr. Vice President, Group Account Director) and will be responsible for managing the day to day activities and deliverables across the multi-brand portfolio in coordination with other Account Executive or Senior Account Executive employees, plus working with Sasha Group’s Strategy, Creative Media and Project Management teams to deliver on our scopes of work, and to continue expanding our client relationships.
Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Based in/around NYC: This role is based in New Jersey or NYC, with an expectation to be in office at our Hudson Yards HQ 2x per week.
- Internal team coordinator & executor: capable of managing up and across the team or getting into the channels and doing the work.
- You’ll be responsible for managing Residents, Account Executives, Creators, Strategy team members, and other teams in developing and delivering client deliverables including strategy documentation, insights summaries, content assets and calendars, campaign plans, performance reports, etc. on time and in full against internal and client deadlines and expectations.
- You can work on multiple projects concurrently in collaboration with direct reports and Sasha Group internal teams
- You’ll also be responsible for managing day to day content deliverables in coordination with our Creative and Project Management teams, and client contacts. Experience managing content submissions for brand and legal review, and managing client feedback and revision processes with our internal teams is required for this role.
- Experience managing content submissions using enterprise software (eg, Veeva Vault) prioritized but not required.
- Analytics & Strategic Creative: Can read into the numbers to find and crystallize insights, and develop strategies in collaboration with creative and community management teams, to drive goals through social media creative and engagement. You’re also not afraid to get behind the lens and make some content, or proofs of concept, to life.

- You will work with media, strategy, creative and account teams to develop campaign or recurring performance reports, while leading the delivery and presentation to clients.
- You can translate quantitative and qualitative results into a data-driven narrative for internal analysis, client reporting and case studies.
- You’ll contribute to the creative process by representing client and strategic “guardrails”, managing feedback and edits throughout the process, while providing ideas and critical thinking.
Client Liaison: You will work with Account Executives, Senior Account Executives and/or Account Supervisors or Directors, along with other teams, to manage and deliver services or products to our clients. We’ll look to you to communicate with clarity and respect as a member of the Sasha Group team, while managing projects internally and expectations externally.
- You’ll keep internal teams aligned with agency best practices and strategies, clients’ own strategies and guidelines, while providing constructive feedback and proactive direction through communications and management.
- You’ll deliver regular reports, status documents and updates and other communications to keep clients informed on our work together.
- You have the ability to build and manage relationships with junior-level and/or mid-level clients while ensuring consistent, clear and timely communication between agency and clients.
Social Media & Business Strategy: You have your fingers on the pulse of social media trends, creative and memes and how these formats are impacting communications, trending videos and sounds, what’s coming next. You have a methodical approach to “digging in” to new spaces to determine what’s going on and how a brand can enter the convo.
- Eat, breathe, and sleep today’s digital & mobile consumer, with one goal in mind - to develop brand-specific strategies that, ultimately, help them sell shit
- Strong working knowledge of creative and media across major digital and social channels. Must be well versed in common marketing & media principles with a strong understanding of the social media platforms and their ecosystems
- You enjoy sweeping the feeds to learn about trends, influencers and other factors to inform ongoing strategic and creative work.
- You have a working knowledge of the integrated media and online media landscapes, as well as emerging tech and social media platforms, and best practices for online marketing.
Experience & Skills:
- 3-6 years of experience working in client services, preferably in account management, strategy, sales or project management
- 1-2 years of team or personnel management
- 1-2 years of experience marketing in a health, wellness or similar vertical/industry
- Can work independently and collaboratively as needed, and can contribute to the team and its work
- Organized, attention to detail is critical
- Capable of managing multiple clients and projects at the same time
- Operating knowledge of social and digital media platforms, content development and publishing trends and technologies, social media advertising trends and tools, community management and engagement strategies
- Strong presentation skills - trusted to present client reports, to contribute to pitch meetings, and to help develop presentation materials
- Proven ability to manage your own time effectively, identifying possible barriers to completing work on time and in full, and developing solutions to maximize outputs and efficiencies.
- Intermediate knowledge of presentation software including Google Slides, Powerpoint, and Keynote
- Working knowledge of spreadsheet software including Google Sheets and Excel
- Comfortable managing content submission, feedback and revision processes with Sasha Group teams and client contacts
- Never averse to getting your hands dirty and doing the work. A team member who can jump in to scale our capabilities.
