Location: Hybrid (Remote, offices in Long Island City & Hudson Yards, and on set requirements)
Reports to: Executive Producer

From documentary shorts and music videos to social media series and podcasts, we specialize in end-to-end production—turning vision into reality, from concept to final delivery.
Who you are: We’re seeking a Production Manager to join our in-house production team, overseeing commercial advertising projects from pre-production through wrap. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives on both the nuts-and-bolts of production logistics and the creative challenge of building out a department from the ground up. The ideal candidate is a natural organizer, a confident communicator, and a proactive problem-solver. You’re equally comfortable managing budgets, schedules, and crew as you are mapping out efficient workflows and processes to make our department faster, smarter, and more scalable. These skills also translate to live action sets, where you will play an active role in the success of the shoot.
Role Summary
- Manage day-to-day production logistics for commercial advertising projects
- Create and maintain production schedules, call sheets, and tracking documents for multiple simultaneous shoots
- Handle crew bookings, vendor coordination, and location logistics
- Collaborate closely with agency producers, creatives, directors, and executive producers
- Manage production budgets, purchase orders, and cost tracking
- Oversee on-set operations to ensure smooth execution of shoots
- Work closely with post-production teams for seamless handoff after wrap
- Help design and implement the internal systems that make production faster and smarter
- Be a foundational part of building a next-generation in-house production operation
Experience & Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of production management experience in commercial advertising, agency, or production company settings
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Experience with budget tracking, scheduling, and standard production paperwork (e.g., call sheets, insurance, payroll)
- Strong vendor and crew network in the commercial production space
- Excellent communication skills—able to work with creatives, clients, and crew
- Highly organized, resourceful, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
- Passion for both production craft and operational excellence

Expectations
- Regular on-set presence with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Domestic travel for shoots and occasional international travel
- Desire to build and grow a production department’s systems, workflows, and vendor network
- Comfortable in a hybrid work model with time spent in our LIC and HY offices
- Team player who enjoys collaborating across creative and operational teams
