The Analytics team plays a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of Sasha Group's client offerings. By utilizing diverse data sets, the team creates a holistic picture of media performance across advertising platforms and collaborates with client teams to transform that data into compelling narratives. Ultimately, the Analytics team supports the development of data-driven, actionable recommendations for clients, providing the speed, accuracy, and judgment necessary for success in today's dynamic media environment. The Director of Analytics will drive the strategic vision and delivery of data-driven solutions that directly impact Sasha Group's overall success and client outcomes.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the development and execution of measurement frameworks in collaboration with client and agency teams to optimize media plan performance.
  • Conduct performance reviews of organic social content, identifying top-performing assets and monitoring progress against established KPIs.
  • Align stakeholders on measurement objectives by defining and communicating primary KPIs to ensure shared understanding of success metrics.
  • Manage ad hoc analysis requests with efficiency, prioritizing workflows and advocating for team bandwidth when necessary.
  • Advise paid media teams on the setup and execution of tests, ensuring they align with learning agendas and broader client objectives.
  • Apply advanced analytical and strategic problem-solving skills to deliver actionable insights that address client business challenges.
  • Synthesize insights from multiple data sources to provide clients with clear recommendations for optimizing media plans and achieving business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Analytics team, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with our core values. This includes talent acquisition, performance management, and career development.
  • Define and champion the evolution of agency best practices in media analytics, proactively identifying opportunities to innovate and enhance our capabilities in measurement, reporting, and learning agenda creation.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with key clients and agency leaders, aligning on analytics goals and demonstrating the value of data-driven decisions.
  • Drive the development of new analytics products and services that address evolving client needs and market trends.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to integrate advanced analytics methodologies (e.g., AI, machine learning) to enhance the effectiveness of our solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of the agency's overall strategic direction, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis and industry trends.
  • Represent the Analytics team in senior leadership meetings, providing updates on key initiatives and advocating for resources to support the team's growth.

What You've Got:

  • 8-12 years of progressive analytics experience, with a proven track record of leading teams, developing and implementing comprehensive analytics strategies, and driving significant business growth and client impact.
  • Extensive experience in leading strategic media performance discussions, providing actionable recommendations, and influencing executive-level decision-making.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing MMM, MTA, and other advanced measurement methodologies to optimize marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, build strong relationships, and effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.  
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing analytics, data pipelines, ETL processes, and data governance best practices.
  • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex analytical findings in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A passion for mentoring and developing talent, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment, and driving a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate future trends, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions that drive business growth.
