As a Strategic Partner Service Advocate, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the strategic partnership services of self-directed brokerage and equity compensation. This position is essential for maintaining and growing these partnerships while ensuring a stellar client experience for an executive audience.
In this role, you will:
• Collaborate with Leading Partners: Provide day-to-day support for suppliers' strategic partnership services.
• Drive Partnership Success: Act as the main contact for client-facing teams, coordinating brokerage-related questions with vendor brokerage operations, and partnering with Service Managers to enhance our service offerings.

• Drive Continuous Improvement: Develop and maintain procedures to streamline operations across various internal and external stakeholders, identifying opportunities to reduce risk and increase efficiency.
• Build Relationships: Foster strong connections with key stakeholders, both within and outside the organization.
• Consult and Support: Offer guidance on client questions and assist with the onboarding experience.
Responsibilities
• Manages a project or workstreams within a broader project or program. Develops, implements, and monitors project plans. Contributes expertise to major project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.
• Provides insight on best practices and common obstacles based on prior experiences. Ensures strategies are aligned with the overall department strategy.
• Communicates project status and issues regularly to stakeholders, including leaders, team members, and senior managers.
• Builds and maintains effective relationships. Proactively fosters communication between internal and external project stakeholders. Influences key decisions across stakeholder groups.
Proactively identifies, manages, and mitigates risks and any related project issues. Communicates solutions on key issues or projects to management and stakeholders to obtain their input and buy-in as appropriate.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Minimum of three years related work experience. Two years of managing a project preferred. Financial Services or function-specific experience preferred.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
