Join a dynamic HR team as an employee relations expert. As a trusted advisor, you'll coach leaders, facilitate conflict resolution and contribute to projects leveraging your expertise in employee relations and labor law. Core Responsibilities
- Provides support to crew and management in dealing with general crew issues.
- Formulates and recommends program goals in all areas of crew relations to improve crew morale, motivation and satisfaction.
- Maintains open communication between management and crew and serves as a mediator for problem resolution.
- Coaches managers and crew on policies, programs and procedures and ensures adherence with organizational policy and labor law legislation.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years related work experience. Employee relations or employment law experience preferred.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- HR professional certifications preferred. (SHRM CP)
