ServiceNow Solutions Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Builds productive working relationships with key partners in HR, IT, Corporate Communications, Finance, Legal, and Identity & Access Management to ensure recommendations and priorities are understood by all impacted parties. Leverages influencing and negotiation skills to champion optimal solutions. Acts as an advocate for change to introduce new technologies and processes to shape the business strategy.
• Translates business problems into strategic and cost-effective technology solution alternatives. Leverages broad IT knowledge to research emerging technologies and apply to business problems. Creates blueprint capabilities for software, middleware and hardware deliverables. Ensures all deliverables comply with IT policies and procedures.
• Partners with business and IT leaders to align business initiatives, priorities, and schedules based on strategic business and IT plans.
• Influences the broad organization by leveraging knowledge of existing technology solutions and options, and the research that needs to be done to find new options.
• Owns and manages the capability landscape for one or more lines of business and its product owners as the business and the industry evolves. Develops deep knowledge of the business area(s) supported and the competitive landscape to provide context for decision-making.
• Maintains a comprehensive understanding of business functions. Combines technical and functional knowledge to produce highly functional solutions to business problems.
• Owns future state system design, requirements, testing strategy, demos, sprint reviews, etc.
• Integrates multiple platforms (ServiceNow, Workday, Concur, SailPoint, Degreed, etc.) for a consolidated tech strategy and crew experience.
• Develops other crew and clients in learning about the platform, the "art of the possible", dependencies, impacts, risks, issues, and other considerations for implementation project timelines.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of eight years related work experience, with at least three years of development experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
