As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you'll partner closely with business leaders to develop hiring strategies, build diverse talent pipelines, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience from the first conversation through offer acceptance.

What You'll Do

• Partner with hiring leaders to develop recruiting strategies that attract top talent and support business priorities.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, delivering a seamless and engaging experience for candidates and stakeholders.
• Build and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality talent.
• Provide hiring managers with market insights, talent intelligence, and guidance on recruiting best practices.
• Contribute to recruiting initiatives and process improvements that strengthen hiring outcomes and organizational growth.

• Five years related work experience, with at least one year of recruiting experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Technical recruiting experience is strongly preferred. Experience supporting the data domain is a plus.
