We're looking for a passionate and strategic analyst to join our exciting and rapidly expanding Voice of the Client (VoC) team. Core Responsibilities
- Engage with internal stakeholders to align on strategic goals, structure analytical requests, and lead projects from scoping through delivery-providing both tactical execution and strategic guidance to peers.
- Acquires and compiles structured and unstructured data and verifies its quality, accuracy, and reasonableness.
- Performs analyses of historical data to surface trends and insights using advanced analytical methods. Validates analytical techniques employed by other analysts.
- Prepares and delivers visualizations and internal presentations that translate analytic insights into tangible, actionable solutions for business partners to implement.
- Develops, owns, and manages recurring analytic or reporting processes.
- Proactively expands knowledge of business and analytics and shares with team members. Shares and documents best practices.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to integrate external data sources, tools, or services into analytics workflows and ensure alignment with internal standards.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of data analysis/science and/or consulting related work experience.
- Undergraduate degree (advanced degree preferred)
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and automation.
- Experience with data storytelling through visualization
- Experience in designing and executing end-to-end experiments
