Public Relations Measurement and Reporting Specialist

As a Public Relations Measurement and Reporting Specialist, you'll lead the development of advanced measurement strategies that assess the impact of our earned media efforts. You'll design and maintain dashboards using tools like Power BI and Tableau, integrating data from multiple sources to deliver clear, actionable insights. Your work will help ensure our public relations initiatives are not only visible but also measurable, meaningful, and aligned with Vanguard's brand and business goals.

This role:

• Manages the PR measurement, reporting, and data and analytics strategy with a keen focus on earned media impact.
• Builds and refines dashboards that integrate data from multiple sources in clearly understandable data visualizations.
• Advances the sophistication of Vanguard PR's measurement capabilities with creative, impact-oriented measurement strategies.
• Oversees scoring methodology and descriptive tagging for all Vanguard and competitive media coverage.
• Supports sub-teams and stakeholders with ongoing and ad-hoc reporting and measurement needs.
• Manages relationship with measurement partner, ensuring they consistently deliver high-quality materials.
• Applies Vanguard's style, usage, and brand standards to ensure consistency.
• Develops and strengthens working relationships with key influencers across the organization and in the industry to support public relations and business objectives.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

What it takes:

• Five years related work experience, preferably in communications, PR, or marketing measurement, reporting, and/or data & analytics.
• Experience with data visualization tools including Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.

Work Model: This position follows a hybrid work schedule. Crew members are expected to work onsite in our Malvern, PA office from Tuesday through Thursday to support collaboration and relationship-building. Mondays and Fridays offer flexibility, with the option to work remotely or continue working onsite.

Relocation: Vanguard offers relocation assistance to support a move to the Malvern, PA area for the selected candidate.
