Product Owner

Leads the strategic vision and roadmap for a digital product, demonstrating a understanding of the digital product(s) and associated business areas. Digital products often have divisional implications.There are a lot of exciting possibilities in the Offer as we expand the ways digital products support our reach efforts. Core Responsibilities:

• Provides digital product management services on a digital product, applying functional expertise to improve digital
  product results.
• Collaborates with small cross-functional teams to demonstrate best practices that drive significant change to the client experience. digital product teams towards best practices and learnings.
• Ensures delivery of messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary.
• Partners with stakeholders to resolve production and implementation issues in a timely manner, and supports/drives escalations where required to enable rapid delivery.
• Leads the planning, development and implementation of a new digital product. Defines and analyzes markets, developing detailed product features and requirements, and developing implementation plans.
• Employs a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience.
• Participates in and provides recommendations for ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years related work experience.
• Two years of managing a project preferred. Financial Services or function-specific experience preferred.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
