About the Role
We're seeking a strategic and client-focused Digital Product Manager to lead the vision and roadmap for our awareness and attraction journeys. This role is pivotal in driving engagement across our public-facing digital estate, enhancing client acquisition, and delivering seamless user experiences.
You'll work cross-functionally with UX, development, and business stakeholders to shape and deliver impactful digital products that align with our strategic goals.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Provides product management services across the public website, applying functional expertise to improve product results and prioritise future features and enhancements.
2. Collaborates with small cross-functional teams to demonstrate best practices that drive significant change to the client experience.
3. Coaches product teams towards best practices and learnings. Ensures delivery of messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary.
4. Partners with stakeholders to resolve production and implementation issues in a timely manner, and supports/drives escalations where required to enable rapid delivery.
5. Leads the planning, development and implementation of new product changes, working alongside UX design and development teams. Defines and analyzes markets, developing detailed product features and requirements, and developing implementation plans.
6. Define and track key performance indicators
7. Employs a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience.
8. Participates in and provides recommendations for ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities.
9. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Proven related work experience. Experience managing a product preferred.
• Financial Services or function-specific experience preferred.
• Understanding of digital channels, public websites or client acquisition platforms preferred.
• Experience working with AEM or other content management tools and/or analytics tools preferred.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
