Portfolio Analyst, Specialist

Conducts complex quantitative and qualitative analysis of sales data to track sales activities, performance, territory assignments, and/or market share. Recommends improvements and presents findings to optimize sales execution and implement sales growth objectives. Partners closely with sales professionals to win new business, identify areas of improvement, and resolve issues.

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategizes directly with Portfolio Consultants and/or sales managers to inform and promote the sales strategy and growth objectives. Anticipates and identifies client needs. Analyzes prospect opportunities using complex quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Researches and conducts market research and analysis of competitors. Develops an in-depth understanding of capital markets, asset management, and the financial services industry.
  • Interprets, analyzes, organizes, and presents portfolio data to advisors to enable informed decision making and optimize portfolios
  • May partner with crew focused on RFP/RFI engagements to provide accurate and understandable sales data.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Five years related work experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • CFA, CIMA, or Graduate degree preferred.
