Vanguard's APAC Marketing Technology (MarTech) team is a passionate, innovative group driving the future of marketing through technology. We partner closely with Marketing, IT, and global stakeholders to deliver scalable, resilient, and impactful digital experiences across Adobe platforms.
We are expanding our team and seeking multiple engineers-mid-level and senior, to help us build and optimize our marketing technology ecosystem.
This hybrid role (in office Tues-Wed-Thurs) is based Melbourne, AUS
In this role you will:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust marketing solutions using Adobe tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver personalized, data-driven customer experiences.
- Drive platform enhancements, integrations, and automation across AEM and AEP.
- Develop and optimize web applications leveraging modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and/or React, along with Node.js for backend services.
- Support marketing operations and ensure platform reliability and performance.
- Contribute to engineering best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement.
Experience:
Minimum of 2-5+ years of experience with AEM or AEP Experience Manager (Sites, Assets, Workflows).

Proficiency in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and Java, Sling/OSGi.
Hands-on experience with Node.js and front-end frameworks (Angular or React).
Experience with CMS architecture and reusable components.
Familiarity with AEM as a Cloud Service is a plus, not required.
Understanding of SEO, accessibility, and responsive design.
