We are seeking a passionate and motivated Marketing Intern to join our team at Vanguard Latam. As a Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of marketing and asset management. You will work closely with our marketing team to assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services and enhance our brand presence.
Core Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and scheduling emails and social media content to engage with our target audience
- Data managing and analysis from different marketing and CRM platforms
- Assist in organizing and executing digital marketing campaigns
- Support the development of marketing/sales materials such as brochures and presentations

- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and provide insights for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with company objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and asset management
- Support administrative duties such as contracts, purchase orders, invoices and payment processes
Qualifications
- Fully bilingual English and Spanish
- Currently on last semesters in a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Creative thinking and a passion for marketing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to details
- Prior internship or relevant experience in marketing is a plus
