We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Content Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Content Operations team while driving strategic transformation. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at process optimization, and is passionate about evolving content workflows through automation and proactive planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Development
Hire, evaluate, and supervise team members, including specialists and project managers. Provide coaching, guidance, and training to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Set performance standards, conduct reviews, and make informed compensation decisions in alignment with Human Resources policies. - Operational Oversight
Oversee daily operations of the Content Operations team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of content updates across literature and presentations, anticipating content needs, and building scalable processes. - Strategic Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Partner cross-divisionally with internal marketing and advertising teams, external agencies, and stakeholders across FAS Marketing, Creative, Compliance, and Technology to align operations with broader business goals and regulatory requirements. Maintain strong relationships and clear communication with all stakeholders. - Technology & Process Optimization
Identify and implement integrated solutions and automation opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort. Leverage technologies to enhance marketing and advertising plans and conduct root cause analysis to resolve technical issues. - Governance & Compliance

Ensure adherence to IT policies, Enterprise Data Governance, Privacy, Legal, and Information Security standards. Verify that all deliverables meet compliance and quality requirements.
Own and evolve reporting mechanisms to monitor team performance, identify bottlenecks, and inform strategic decisions.
Participate in special projects and contribute to initiatives that drive innovation and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years related work experience, two years in marketing production and operations. Supervisory experience preferred.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
- Proven experience managing content operations or similar functions, ideally in a regulated industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset and ability to lead through ambiguity.
- Demonstrated success in process improvement, automation, and change management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing teams and developing talent.
- Experience or familiarity with Adobe content and asset management platforms, robotics process automation, Seismic, or content governance frameworks is a plus.

This role is part of our hybrid work model and requires three days a week onsite in our Malvern PA offices with Mondays and Fridays remote. Fully remote work is not available for this role.
