Team & Opportunity
This is a Delivery Manager role in the Personal Investor - Client Experience Technology team. You will be joining a leadership team that is responsible for the delivery of key capabilities to Vanguard's premier client web and mobile experiences in the Australian market (Personal Investor).
We are looking for someone, like you, that has a passion for delivering technical excellence that makes a difference to our clients. When you join us, you will own the delivery of the technical solutions and outcomes and become the visionary force behind the technical strategy to enable us to keep pace with the ever-evolving technical landscape. You value collaborating with your team and find every opportunity to connect with your peers across the division as well as across the industry.
You love to learn from others because you value their opinion, and you will work with the technical lead to build the team's training needs that aligns to our strategy.
You work in a close partnership with various product teams and enable our client experience team to deliver continuous, stable and secure features to our clients.

Core Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality outcomes that provide value and impact for our clients.
- Build teams that are focused on continuous improvements and efficiency gains through test and learning opportunities.
- Create a team environment of high performance agile software delivery.
- Lead and advance the technology vision for your team.
- Coach and develops skills and capabilities to set crew and the team up for future success.
- Develop strong relationship with our clients and product teams to find solutions that balance the needs of the organisation and technology.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Skills required to be successful
- Minimum of eight years related work experience, with at least five years of agile project management experience in digital product delivery environments.
- Strong technical leadership skills or equivalent combination of training and experience
