Head of Change Management, Advice and Wealth Management
The Head of Change Management will design, build, and lead a comprehensive change management strategy for the Advice & Wealth Management (AWM) business unit. This senior role is accountable for creating a sustainable change capability, driving adoption of critical initiatives across employees and clients, and embedding a culture of agility and continuous improvement.
Reporting to the AWM Head of Strategy & Planning, the role will partner closely with AWM's senior leadership team and functional leads to ensure successful execution of strategic priorities and measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate is a proven change leader with expertise in organizational and client-facing transformation, stakeholder influence, and enterprise execution at-scale.

Core Responsibilities
Build and Lead AWM's Central Change Management Function
- Establish and lead a high-performing change management team, including recruiting, developing, and coaching top talent
- Design and implement scalable change frameworks, tools, and methodologies that ensure consistent, measurable adoption
- Define success metrics and embed accountability for adoption, effectiveness, and sustained business outcomes
- Foster a business-wide culture of agility, adaptability, and resilience to accelerate transformation
Drive Execution of Strategic Initiatives
- Partner with senior AWM leaders to shape and execute change plans aligned with AWM's strategy and enterprise priorities, ensuring smooth adoption for both employees and clients
- Lead end-to-end change delivery for high-visibility, cross-functional initiatives with significant strategic impact, including client-facing transformations that require behavior change and adoption
- Embed change management discipline into divisional planning processes, ensuring adoption is a core component of execution
Stakeholder Engagement and Executive Communication
- Develop and deliver communication strategies that build awareness, alignment, and commitment to change across AWM's employees and clients
- Shape compelling narratives for executive sponsors, employees, and clients to articulate the "why" and the "what" of change
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, program sponsors, and workstream leads to accelerate adoption and mitigate risks
Build Long-Term Change Capability
- Develop a divisional-wide community of change agents and champions, equipping leaders and managers with the skills to lead through change
- Strengthen organizational capacity for transformation, ensuring AWM builds sustainable change "muscle" beyond individual projects

- Adoption & Outcomes: Enable and support the business in driving measurable improvements in adoption of strategic initiatives by employees and clients
- Speed & Efficiency: Faster execution of priority programs, with reduced friction and rework
- Culture Shift: Evidence of greater agility, resilience, and engagement across AWM
- Capability Uplift: Establishment of a durable change management function and network of empowered change leaders
