Job Description: Analyst - Client Experience Analytics (Signals & Friction Reduction)

About the Strategic Programs:
• Signals Program: Empowers Relationship Managers and Advisors with personalized, data-driven insights to proactively position products and services aligned with clients' goals-enhancing engagement and deepening relationships.

• Friction Reduction System (FRS): Leverages large language models and advanced analytics to detect, remediate, and prevent client pain points-enabling the business to act on both micro-level issues and macro-level trends to continuously improve the client experience.
Responsibilities
- Identify and assess new data-driven use cases to uncover impactful opportunities across programs
- Analyze AI-generated and historical data to extract actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Translate complex analytics into clear, compelling stories that demonstrate business value and engage stakeholders
- Design and maintain frameworks to monitor program health and support continuous improvement
- Collaborate with internal partners to understand business goals and shape analytical project approaches
- Lead end-to-end execution of complex analytics projects, providing guidance and delegating tasks as needed
- Acquire, validate, and manage structured and unstructured data to ensure quality and reliability
- Develop and deliver visualizations and presentations that turn insights into actionable business solutions
- Own and manage recurring reporting and analytics processes
- Mentor and coach peers while contributing to the broader analytics community through training and knowledge sharing
- Support strategic initiatives and participate in special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years related work experience.
- Stakeholder Management - Drive process maintain client focus Organizational Savvy
- Technical skills - Python, SQL, R, Excell, Tableau, Power BI preferred
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
