The role partners closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing/MarTech, Product, Finance, and Data Engineering to build reliable data assets, automate KPI reporting, and deliver actionable recommendations through advanced analytics, experimentation, and executive-ready storytelling. Grounded in strong technical analytics skills, this analyst enables fact-based decisions that accelerate revenue impact and improve the end-to-end consumer sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop & manage sales book of business: design and manage 'book of business' for outbound call tactics, identify, test and incorporate key life event or activity triggers that enhance engagements and outcomes. Develop detailed sales reporting as needed to understand productivity.
- Experimentation & measurement: design A/B and multivariate tests, power calculations, guardrails, and success metrics; build experiment readouts; partner on activation.
- Attribution & performance reporting: define source-of-truth KPIs for exec and operator views; maintain automated dashboards; reconcile marketing and sales signals.
- Data product mindset: define requirements, partner with DE/Platform to productionize datasets, and harden data quality checks.
- Insight storytelling: convert analysis into decisions with crisp narratives and recommendations; brief senior leaders.
- Ways of working: backlog hygiene, sprint rituals, documentation, peer reviews.
- Engages with internal partners to understand business strategy, questions and goals. Brings structure to business requests, translates requirements into an analytical project approach, and leads complex projects through completion. Delegates tasks and provides tactical and strategic guidance to peers. Serves as the analytics expert on cross-functional teams for large strategic initiatives.
