Crossover Marketing Program Owner

Participant Financial Success is seeking a strategic and collaborative Crossover Marketing Program Owner to lead the full participant marketing journey for our crossover clients-those with both Personal Investor (PI) and Vanguard Workplace Solutions (VWS) relationships.

In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between PI Marketing and VWS, driving a unified experience that positions Vanguard as the preferred provider for every crossover client. You'll lead the development of integrated marketing strategies, communications, and digital experiences that are cohesive across the enterprise and tailored to the unique needs of crossover clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manages programs or major workstreams of a broader program. Ensures that the scope of the program aligns with business priorities and that business value is properly measured for prioritization.
  • Develops and maintains broad knowledge and awareness of Financial Services industry forces, competition, and trends to act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle. Monitors financial, legal, and other regulatory environments to ensure projects are aligned with the overall company strategy and market conditions.
  • Communicates with stakeholders, leaders, team members, management, and department partners to ensure that requirements and priorities are understood. Monitors project progress and results and submits regular status reports to management and internal and external stakeholders. Ensures the development and execution of business change management and communication plans.
  • Builds and maintains relationships across program stakeholders and proactively fosters effective communication between internal and external parties. Drives key decisions to ensure alignment with overarching goals across stakeholders.
  • Ensures all steps are taken to mitigate risk and maintains control, compliance, audit, and legal requirements. Maintains an appropriate level of technical and business knowledge to support program implementation.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of eight years related business experience. Financial Services and function-specific experience required. Minimum of four years project management experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred.
  • Client-centric mindset with focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Support Executive Communications: Develop high-quality executive reports, memos, presentations, and talking points that inform and inspire.
  • Adaptable and innovative problem-solver.
  • Collaborative team player with strong leadership qualities
  • Organizational savvy with ability to create alignment across multiple business units.
  • Deep program and stakeholder management experience and demonstrated success..
  • Thrives in entrepreneurial environments.
  • Embraces and establishes processes and details required to run complex projects.
  • Marketing & communications experience with deep understanding of the employer sponsored retirement plan industry.
  • Strategic thinker who can translate business objectives into actionable plans.
