Corporate Security, Senior Associate

Responsible for overseeing daily security tasks related to access card production across the region. Utilises expertise to manage and reduce risks associated with access card operations, ensuring alignment with business needs. Applies analytical thinking to enhance support for business functions. Additionally, this role contributes to various operational areas including event coordination, threat intelligence, infrastructure projects, travel security, and strategic initiatives-offering broad exposure and opportunities to deepen knowledge in physical security operations.

Core Responsibilities

• Perform daily audits of access cards to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Oversee the regional production and distribution of access cards.
• Support the termination and suspension processes for crew, contractors, and consultants as directed by management.
• Review and manage physical security access requests for restricted areas.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures for all crew and contingent workers.
• Handle access arrangements for international crew members visiting the region.
• Assist in the investigation and resolution of security incidents, including analysis and recommendations.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of internal and external Vanguard events from a security perspective.
• Participate in special projects and carry out additional duties as assigned.

• Demonstrated relevant professional experience is required
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Experience in utilising physical security access control management systems.
• Experience in utilising physical security CCTV systems.
