Key responsibilities include technical product management, collaboration with stakeholders, coaching technical product teams, and ensuring data quality.
Core Responsibilities
- Provides technical product management services on a product, applying functional technical expertise to improve product results. Participate in the design and continuous improvement of the technical solution.
- Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to drive notable change to the client experience.
- Coaches' technical product teams towards best practices and learnings. Ensures delivery of messaging, communication, and customer outreach, as necessary.
- Builds relationships, partners, and consults with senior management to deliver analytical & actionable insights.
- Partners with stakeholders to resolve production and implementation issues in a timely manner and supports/drives escalations where required to enable rapid delivery.
- Balances data management strategy and governance. Leads the planning, development, and implementation of a new technical product. Defines and analyzes technical markets, developing detailed product features and requirements, and developing implementation plans.
- Participates in the design and execution of surveys to gather actionable insights to enhance the client experience by utilizing survey data, leading data production tasks, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications
- 5 or more years' work experience, including 2+ years of leading and building relationships in large cross-functional/cross-regional teams on major organizational projects.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
- Technical acumen: knowledge of AWS data tools and ability to articulate data engineering/analytics work and technical concepts in a way that stakeholders can understand (by providing detailed explanations of data solutions and impact on business outcomes).
- Aptitude for storytelling through data analysis
- Experience working in SQL, Python, and Tableau (nice to have)
