Business Project Manager- Real Estate

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Global Real Estate Lead in all aspects of the corporate real estate portfolio, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and renewals for commercial properties.
  • Lead and execute commercial real estate transactions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with relevant internal policies.
  • Oversee lease administration, including tracking critical dates, managing lease documentation, and ensuring timely and accurate lease payments.
  • Manage real estate data, maintain accurate records, and generate regular data reports to support decision-making and portfolio optimization.
  • Provide financial analysis and modeling for real estate transactions, including NPV analysis, and other key metrics.
  • Assist in developing and overseeing the real estate budget, partnering with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
  • Maintain effective communication with the Global Real Estate Lead, senior management, stakeholders, and business partners regarding real estate strategy, transactions, and portfolio performance.
  • Oversee third-party vendor relationships, including brokers, legal counsel, and property managers.
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings, operational improvements, and portfolio optimization.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate or commercial real estate, with a strong track record in real estate transactions.
  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, or a related field; real estate degree and/or advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • Real estate license preferred.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen related to commercial real estate transactions, including experience with financial modeling and analysis.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and working in a matrixed environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with portfolio strategy and workplace planning.
  • Knowledge of building systems and operations is a plus.
  • PowerPoint presentation development and the ability to communicate complex real estate concepts visually and effectively.
