Stationary Engineer
Workers in this class will insure that the proper chemical balance in the water is maintained. Maintain boilers and auxiliary equipment. Inspects and repair boiler fittings such as safety valves, regulators, automatic control mechanisms, water columns and auxiliary machines. Repair or replace high pressure. Perform other work as assigned. Knowledge of chiller operations and related equipment operation.
Onsite: Nashville, TN
Ability To Work Swing Shift Schedules:
1st - 6:30am-2:30pm
2nd - 2:30pm - 10:30pm
3rd - 10:30pm - 6:30am
Job Qualification:
Ability to operate high pressure boilers.

Skill in the use of tools and equipment common to the painting trade.

Ability to keep records and make reports.
Ability to use cleaning chemicals safely.
Ability to act as a group leader for employees performing route tasks.
Ability to install and repair plumbing fixtures.
Ability to lift 50lbs or more
Occasionally work double shifts if necessary
Education Qualification: Minimum-High school graduate or GED equivalent.
Preferred Qualification:
Four (4) years experience as a high pressure steam boiler or heating course which may include boiler troubleshooting techniques.
General Knowledge in painting/priming of boilers and associated equipment.
EPA Certification
