The Facilities Manager will be the single point of contact responsible for facilities management, assisting the Senior FM and/or Account Manager and IFM team with the delivery of quality facility management services. The Facility Manager anticipates client needs and delivers to outperform on the key performance indicators within the contract. This role will coordinate and manage client requirements and service delivery to ensure satisfaction and exceed goals.

Primary Responsibilities

Relationship Management

·       Participate in monthly KPI / quarterly / annual reporting to the client, as requested by account lead.

·       Assist with management of the operational budgets by interfacing closely with the client representative

·       Establishes and maintains effective relationships with client and gains their trust and respect

 

Program Analysis and Development

·       Assist with the implementation of account innovative programs, processes and procedures that reduce short and long-term operating costs and increase productivity by working closely with the Regional Management Lead and the client

·       Support the Regional Manager in the implementation of short and long-term projects for the client

·       Provide monthly/ quarterly variance reports and updated financial forecasts on operating budgets for properties on a timely basis

·       Assist with the development and implement the annual management plan for the buildings within the facility

·       All other duties and tasks as assigned

 

Job Requirements

Education

·       Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with management/technical emphasis (MBA desirable)  

·       Minimum of eight years industry experience required either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Ability

·       Strong organizational and management skills

·       Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills

·       Strong presentation skills

·       Knowledge of real estate, telecommunications, furniture, accounting and building systems helpful

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·       Proficient in MS Office, and MS SharePoint

·       Computer proficiency in Corrigo CMMS Supervisory responsibilities

·       Matrix manage both technical and administrative staff

·       Experience in matrix management organization desirable
