Wellbeing Consultant
Location: Dorking/Basingstoke (hybrid 2-3 days per week in office)
What will you bring?
We are looking for a Wellbeing Consultant to apply expert workplace health knowledge and help clients engage with our services, demonstrating measurable business outcomes and maximizing the value of their Unum policy. This role combines expert service delivery with the innovation and design of wellbeing solutions to meet current and future customer needs.

In this role you will support our customer wellbeing and absence strategies through strong relationships, consultation, and data insights. With some UK travel, you'll work with businesses of all sizes to enhance their experience through delivering training, promoting service engagement, and ensuring they get the most from our absence management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high quality wellbeing training and education from our suite of wellbeing webinars or face to face at client sites.
- Establish strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to ensure excellent customer service, improved absence management, wellbeing activity and engagement.
- Consult with customers on all aspects of wellbeing, absence data and policies and provide a comprehensive plan with recommendations.
- Support distribution and their intermediaries by promoting and educating about our services through workshops, presentations, webinars and business pitches.
- Lead on project areas within the Wellbeing team to design and innovate services - using your specialist workplace wellbeing knowledge, and considering market, environmental and customer insights to drive good customer outcomes.
Requirements:
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Strong communication skills and abilities with presenting, facilitation and workshop delivery/creation.
- Understanding of effective absence management and workplace wellbeing principles.
- Strong commercial awareness and experience of work with large employers.
