13 Senior Change Project Manager
Hybrid -Dorking or Basingstoke 3 days a week minimum

What will you bring?
We are seeking a Senior Change Project Manager who is data driven with proven experience and an analytical mind to drive meaningful change. You should have both traditional and Agile IT project management experience and be able to leverage the two disciplines as appropriate. In this role you'll own and drive opportunities that will have a measurable effect on operational effectiveness using a range of project management techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end delivery of data and analytics initiatives and cross-functional change projects from strategy to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate closely and confidently with data and technical teams, managing, tracking and reporting, both written and verbal program updates appropriate for various levels of stakeholders, including executive levels.
• Identifies, analyses and deploys appropriate management strategies for the risks associated with projects.
• Be able to accurately evaluate complex project risks and issues, comfortable with ambiguity and able to translate into tangible action plans.
About You:
• Proven experience in delivering mid-sized change projects, ideally in data or technology rich environments.
• Solid understanding of modern data platforms (e.g. data lakes, warehouses, ETL pipelines).
• Familiarity with data management principles including data quality, lineage, and governance.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to interpret complex data to drive decisions and influence stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of the technological foundations of data with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, open to change, working in a fast-paced and fluid environment.
• Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate programme management tools such as Jira/Azure, Rally.
• While a background in financial services is advantageous, it is not essential.
