Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and develop robust backend services using Python, ensuring high performance and responsiveness
- Build reusable, efficient front-end components using React.js
- Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes, ensuring scalability and reliability
- Utilize Git and GitHub Actions for version control and CI/CD processes
- Monitor application performance, implement logging mechanisms, and conduct regular system checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
- Experience with Kubernetes for deploying, scaling, and managing containerized applications
- Experience in managing large-scale applications, with a focus on performance tuning, logging, and monitoring
- Solid proficiency in Python and JavaScript, with a solid understanding of React.js
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes, particularly GitHub Actions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmically
- Solid communication and team collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in Kubernetes, Python, or React.js
- Experience with additional monitoring tools and frameworks
- Knowledge of other programming languages and frameworks
