Senior Technical Product Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create and update software with complex pricing models
  • Improve the customer experience by proactively partnering and consulting with business resources to implement enhancements to existing processes and workflows
  • Cross functional requirements gathering, system consultation, and implementation of system design and configuration
  • Support and understand the rating formulas and factors, system workflow, and implement appropriate design and configuration of workflow portals within the StepWise application suite
  • Use Excel and SQL-based systems to solve business problems / achieve clients' expectations
  • Understand industry issues, changes, and potential impacts and opportunities for the StepWise consulting team
  • Consult with internal/external clients to understand business needs and translate into technical solutions including design, development, and delivery
  • Manage project deadlines across multiple clients with minimal supervision
  • Convey proposed solutions to non-technical audience through presentations and demos
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • B.Tech / MCA / Msc / MTech (16+ years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant)
  • 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in healthcare or financial services
  • 6+ years of proven cross-functional influence experience and well-developed relationship building skills, willing to take a leadership role driving initiatives, working across organizations and structuring approaches to new opportunities
  • 6+ years of experience using Agile/Scrum or similar methodologies, and associated tools (AHA, Jira, Confluence)
  • 6+ years of experience using quantitative and qualitative data to assess priorities and influence roadmaps
  • 3+ years of experience developing, designing or implementing products
  • Proven experience working in the healthcare
  • Experience with user interface design and/or workflow automation
  • Knowledge of the full Software Development Life Cycle
