We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Operations Analyst to join our team. The IT Operations Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and managing our operational systems, troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing IT processes, and reporting on technology operations to company leadership. The ideal candidate possesses a solid understanding of IT infrastructure, keen analytical abilities, and excellent organizational skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily operations: Oversee server hardware, software, and operating systems
  • Technical support: Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and staff
  • System performance: Analyze IT systems and identify problems or issues that need to be addressed
  • Process optimization: Develop and implement strategies for improving or further leveraging IT systems
  • Disaster recovery: Assist with disaster recovery and data loss prevention plans
  • Documentation: Document IT processes, operations, and configuration details
  • Vendor coordination: Coordinate with vendors for the procurement of new systems technologies
  • Security: Implement security measures to protect data, software, and hardware
  • Audits: Conduct regular audits to ensure systems are being operated securely and data is kept confidential
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on system performance and present findings to management
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Eligibility

To apply to an internal job, employees must meet the following criteria:

  • SG 27 & SG 28 can apply
  • SG 27 will move to SG 28
  • SG 28 will move laterally
  • Performance rating in the last common review cycle of "Meets Expectations" or higher
  • Not be on any active CAP (Corrective Action Plan) or active disciplinary action
  • Time in Role Guidelines

    • Should have been in your current position for a minimum of 12 months, if you have not met the recommended minimum time in role, discuss your career interest with your manager and gain alignment prior to applying. And share the alignment email with respective recruiter while applying

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience: Proven experience as an IT Operations Analyst or similar role
  • Skills: Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent organizational abilities, and effective communication skills
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems
