Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee performance of end-to-end provider servicing
- Resolve complex problems and provide guidance to members of own team
- Drive the design and implementation of programs that build / nurture positive relationships between the health plan, providers, and practice managers
- Ensure implementation of training and education programs for external providers
- Identify gaps in network composition and services to assist network contracting and development teams
- Execute on departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of provider relations experience
- 3+ years of experience with Medicare and Medicaid regulations (preferably TennCare Medicaid)
- 2+ years of experience with managed care
- Experience / knowledge of behavioral health
- At least an intermediate level of knowledge of billing and claims processing
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Ability to travel locally 25-50% to Behavioral Health Provider Offices and Facilities
- Must reside in Middle TN
Preferred Qualifications:
- Contracting experience
- Salesforce experience
- Proven to be a self-starter; able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Proven solid verbal and written communication skills
