Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving P1/P2 War-Room (Network Outage Resolution)
- Work with Project Management / Design Teams to translate initial scope into actionable items
- Support Escalations/Critical Incidents/Changes over the on-call week
- Coach and mentor other engineers on best practices
- Provide forward thinking and be agile in adopting new technologies to meet evolving business requirements
- Define, document and adhere to technical and operational standards
- Maintain detailed technical documentation (e.g. standards, process, Method of Procedures, Run Books)

Required Qualifications:
- Experience to deal with ISP / Onsite Customer with good communication skills set
- Extensive troubleshooting skills Datacenter & Enterprise Network
- Proven excellent conceptual & hands on Experience on Routing / Switching Protocol
- Excellent knowledge of high-end Switches/ Nexus / Router hardware parts
- Knowledge on Enterprise/Datacenter Infrastructure like Flexpod/VBLOCK Model & Process, Tools like ITILV3, Rally-Agile, HPNA, NNMI, BCI
- Good understanding on Monitoring tools like Solarwinds, Nnmi, Splunk, Openview etc.
- Excellent hands-on experience on LAN/ WAN Enterprise Network/ Datacenter Operation & intelligence on Incident management

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in using Riverbed Packet Capture
- Cisco Certification, CCNP or higher
- Knowledge in Network Security & Palo Alto
- Datacenter infrastructure / Virtualization Knowledge
