- Implementing Palo Firewall Policies as well as Bluecoat/Zscaler Proxy Policy and PAC File changes
- Cloud Support for Azure, AWS, GCP environment, specifically for Palo Alto support
- Troubleshooting complex Network Security issues involving Palo Firewalls, Zscaler, and Bluecoat Proxy
- Communicating effectively on High Priority Warrooms with other teams and leaders
- Identifying security risks and finding means to reduce risk while supporting business objectives
- Partnering with and educating requestors relative to best practices
- Monitoring alerts across various security devices to ensure they are healthy

Required Qualifications:
- 2 + years of experience supporting Cloud Network environments for AWS, Azure, GCP
- 2 + years of experience supporting large scale firewall deployments
- 2+ years of experience with advanced networking protocols and device support
- 2+ years of experience network and/or security incident response
- 1 + year of experience with Layer 7 application firewall technology
Preferred Qualifications:
- Obtained recent Cloud Certifications
- Demonstrated knowledge of application protocols and associated risks
- Willingness and ability to participate in occasional weekend shift rotation/support

The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
