Primary Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to capture and document business and user requirements
  • Solution Design: Lead design sessions to develop solutions that leverage ServiceNow HRSD capabilities, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Process Optimization: Analyze current HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement using ServiceNow HRSD
  • Configuration and Customization: Work with technical teams to configure and customize the HRSD module to meet business requirements
  • Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet specified requirements and quality standards
  • User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively use the HRSD module
  • Project Management: Manage HRSD-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals
  • Agile Methodology: Apply Agile principles to manage projects, including conducting sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure iterative development and continuous improvement
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
  • Experience: 8+ years of extensive experience with ServiceNow HRSD, including configuration, customization, and implementation, Proven experience in Agile project management
  • Skills: Proven solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualification:

  • Certifications: Preferred certifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ITIL, and HRSD-specific certifications
