Primary Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to capture and document business and user requirements
- Solution Design: Lead design sessions to develop solutions that leverage ServiceNow HRSD capabilities, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Process Optimization: Analyze current HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement using ServiceNow HRSD
- Configuration and Customization: Work with technical teams to configure and customize the HRSD module to meet business requirements
- Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet specified requirements and quality standards
- User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively use the HRSD module
- Project Management: Manage HRSD-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals
- Agile Methodology: Apply Agile principles to manage projects, including conducting sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure iterative development and continuous improvement
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- Experience: 8+ years of extensive experience with ServiceNow HRSD, including configuration, customization, and implementation, Proven experience in Agile project management
- Skills: Proven solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualification:
- Certifications: Preferred certifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ITIL, and HRSD-specific certifications
