Senior Business Process Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you'll drive vital projects that have strategic importance to make that mission a reality. You'll use your sharp business skills to assist in creating, controlling and improving business processes.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activities
- Diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools
- Lead your business partners in the creation, implementation and evaluation of Total Quality Management (TQM) programs
- Sure, you'll need to diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions. The difficulty is in knowing the right questions to ask. You will solve complex problems as you serve as a resource to others on your elite team
- You'll be expected to find better, more efficient ways of doing things and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in writing business and/or system requirements and business/finance analysis
- 6+ years of experience with documenting processes and practices, often in accepted project methodology artifacts, while effectively prioritizing multiple tasks, priorities, projects and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field
- 2+ years experience with MS Project, Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Visio
- Health care industry experience
- Team lead or project lead experience
