Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions including dashboards, reports, and data models
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Optimize and troubleshoot existing BI systems to improve performance and usability
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across BI platforms
- Collaborate with data engineering team for data integration efforts from multiple sources into centralized data warehouses or data lakes
- Mentor junior BI developers and provide technical guidance
- Stay updated with BI trends and technologies to recommend improvements and innovations
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming to ensure alignment and continuous delivery
- Anticipates customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them
- Serving as a key resource on complex and/or critical issues
- Performing complex conceptual analyses
- Review work performed by others and provide recommendations for improvement

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant subject or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in creating dashboards, calculated fields, optimizing performance and Publishing to Tableau Server
- Proficiency in SQL & PL/SQL
- Experience with ETL Tools (Alteryx or Azure Data Factory)
- Familiarity with Agile Methodologies
- Proficiency with excel & visualization tools
- SQL Server or Snowflake Knowledge
