Primary Responsibilities:
 Prepare and maintain records of Time-of-Service Payments, including depositing & reconciling daily & monthly
 Review Patient Accounts to confirm Credit accuracy as well as process refunds accordingly
 Access Bank Portal for confirming Insurance Remit & Paper Payments received & post accurately into our EMR System
 Perform periodic and month-end balancing and reporting activities for Time of Service & Lockbox Payments for Patient & Insurance Payments

Required Qualifications:
 Knowledge of Revenue Cycle function including but not limited to: payment posting, reconciliation, payment research, and experience with deciphering payment EOBs and Denials
 Demonstrated ability to follow direction with established procedures & be intuitive with suggesting other workflows 
 Proven ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
 EPIC experience

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $20.00 to $35.72 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable
