The Quality Business Process Analyst reviews assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial and technological risks. Identifies opportunities to improve process and manages improvement projects for HEDIS, CAHPS and HOS strategic initiatives. Investigates non-standard requests and problems, makes presentations to direct management and completes projects on time and within scope.
This position is full time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST time zone only.
We offer 60 days of paid training, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST time zone only from Monday - Friday.

Required Qualification:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
- 3+ years of associated business experience with health care industry
- 1-3+ years of experience with processing improvement initiatives
- 1+ year of HEDIS / Star experience
- Ability to successfully conceptualize an initiative, develop a plan and execute the plan through implementation
- Experience in mobilizing teams and maintaining motivation to accomplish goals under stringent timelines
- Ability to interact one-on-one and consult with all levels of executive management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications to include Microsoft Word, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft PowerPoint (Design and Create - not just using templates) and Microsoft Outlook
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft EXCEL skills that include, but are not limited to creating pivot tables and v-look ups
- Large data set bumps
- Working knowledge of Share Point
- Ability to work between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST time zone only from Monday - Friday
Preferred Qualification:
- Project Management experience
- PMP OR Six Sigma certification
- Medical / clinic background highly
- Experience with CAHPS and HOS
Telecommuting Requirements:
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
- Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service

The hourly range for this role is $28.61 to $56.06 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
