As a Mental Health Clinician at The Everett Clinic, you will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population. You will Develop and coordinate a clinical treatment program for the diagnosis, treatment, or referral of patients presenting moderate to severe social or mental behavior problems. Our team offers a variety of Option to develop and psycho-educational groups or ongoing therapy groups.

As part of a multispecialty group, you will have integrated support with more than 40 specialties such as psychiatry, primary care and comprehensive pain center.

Required Qualifications:

• Fully licensed in WA state (PhD, PsyD, LMHC, LICSW) at the time employment begins.
• Individual Therapy experience in an outpatient setting.
• Ability to diagnose and treat patients.
• Training and experience in brief therapy preferred.

Washington Residents Only: The salary range for Washington residents is $85,000 to $110,400.
