If you are located in Knoxville, TN, you will have the flexibility to work remotely , as well as work in the office as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders
  • Provide treatment for a variety of mental health conditions using treatment approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based methods
  • Systematically track treatment response and monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects or complications

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
  • Licensure as LPC/MHSP, LCSW, or LMFT for the state of Tennessee
  • Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals, groups, and families
  • Solid computer and basic technology skills
  • Demonstrated history of professional growth and development
  • Proven self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Clinicians with EMDR experience will be favorably considered
  • Experience with children or adolescents
  • Experience with couples counseling
  • Experience with health psychology
  • Proven competent with a wide range of clinical presentations

We have serviced thousands of clients, providing outpatient therapy across lifespans in addition to medication management and psychological evaluations.
